Renata has over 22 years of experience in the Italian real estate sector. She acted as a Principal (Curzon Advisers/Kildare, TMW/Pramerica REI) and as a consultant (CBRE, JLL, DTZ/C&W).
Transactions managed by her total more than €2.5 billion.
She has a degree in Architecture from Politecnico Milan, a Masters in Real Estate from Politecnico Milan and Real Estate Executive Program at SDA Bocconi in Milan

Douglas Babington Smith
CO-FOUNDER
Douglas has over 28 years of experience in the real estate sector, including 22 years covering Italy and has advised on over €2 billion in transactions.
He was formerly country manager Italy for DTZ Italy, Head of Office Capital Markets Italy for JLL and has served as a company director in both Italy and UK.
He has an MA in History from Edinburgh University and MSc in Land Management and Development from Reading University.
